| FROM HYDE PARK OFFICE (Doylestown) TO EWING OFFICE |
| Head north on either Route 202 or Mechanicsville Road to the stoplight at Rt. 413. Turn right onto Rt. 413 heading toward Newtown. Pass light at Anchor Crossing Shopping Center and continue past Carousel Village & Nursery, then Wrightstown Friends Meeting on right. Take left onto Stoopville Road (after Wrightstown-Taylorsville Road). Take Stoopville Rd. until it ends at a "T" turn left at "T" onto Washington's Crossing Road/Rt. 532. Follow till road turns sharply left, but bear to the right at this turn onto Dolington Rd. Continue on Dolington as it becomes Woodside Rd. It comes to a stoplight at Rt. 32. Turn right onto Rt. 32, then pick up I-95 toward NJ almost immediately on the right. Take Exit 2 off of I 95 in NJ onto Bear Tavern Road. Bear right off of exit ramp, pass Trenton Mercer Airport, turn left at stoplight (7-11 and 2 gas stations) onto Upper Ferry Road. Stay on road as it becomes Parkway Avenue. |

| FROM EWING TO HYDE PARK |
| Turn right onto Parkway Avenue out of the office parking lot. Follow to stoplight at Bear Tavern Road (7-11 and 2 gas stations). Turn right onto Bear tavern and go to I 95 South toward PA. Get off of I 95 immediately in PA and at the end of ramp get into left lane and turn left at stoplight onto Woodside Road. Follow this road as it winds around until it dead ends. Turn left onto Washington's Crossing Road/ Rt. 532. Bear right onto Stoopville Road (where there is a gas station) and follow Stoopville until it dead ends at Rt. 413. Turn right onto Rt. 413. Follow Rt. 413 until stoplight at intersection with Rt. 202. Turn left onto Rt. 202 South. Look for right hand turn into Hyde Park. |

DIRECTIONS FROM EWING TO CAPITAL HEALTH AT HAMILTON |

| FROM ROUTE 95 |
| Exit by taking a right onto Scotch Road and proceed to Route 95 North. Take 95 North, which turns into 295 South. Take exit 64, Mercerville. At end of ramp go straight to light and stay in the middle lane so that when you turn left you will be in the extreme right lane on Nottingham Way. Stay to your right. Go to the next light and turn right onto Quakerbridge Road. You will soon come to another light that crosses over Rte. 33. Cross over and Quakerbridge Road changes to Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd. Continue until you come to CHS @ HAMILTON on your left following the third traffic light. To go from Hamilton to Ewing, follow the directions in reverse. Take the Trenton Mercer airport exit onto Scotch Road, past the airport, proceeding to the end. 1230 Parkway is on the left. |

| FROM ROUTE 29 TRENTON AREA /EWING OFFICE |
| From the Scotch Road entrance and exit, turn left on Scotch Road and proceed to traffic light. Turn left onto Parkway Avenue. At the first light, take a right on to Lower Ferry Road and proceed to the first light. Take a left onto Sullivan way. Proceed to Route 29. Take a left onto 29 south and proceed past Thunder Stadium and through the tunnel. 29 South turns in to 195 East. Exit at Route 206 North towards Whitehorse. Turn slight right. Turn slight left. Turn onto Whitehorse Mercerville Road. Travel 2 miles to 1445 Whitehorse Mercerville Road on your right. To go from Hamilton to Ewing, follow the directions in reverse. |

| FROM 1230 PARKWAY AVENUE/EWING OFFICE |
| From the Scotch Road entrance and exit, turn left on Scotch Road and proceed to traffic light. Turn left onto Parkway Avenue. Proceed to third traffic light and turn left onto Olden Avenue. Continue to end. Make a left onto Whitehorse Avenue to Kuser Road. Go through intersection. Whitehorse changes to Whitehorse Mercerville Road. Proceed through one more traffic light. CHS @ Hamilton is on the right. To go from Hamilton to Ewing, follow the directions in reverse. |
